Terms of Service
Please read these Terms carefully before using SoccerFresh or placing an order.
Last updated: 28 August 2026
These Terms explain how orders, payments, delivery, returns and use of our website work. They do not limit any consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded or restricted.
1. About These Terms
These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) apply when you visit soccerfreshpro.com, use our online store or purchase a SoccerFresh product or service.
In these Terms, “SoccerFresh”, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to the operator of the SoccerFresh store. “You” and “your” refer to the person using the website or placing an order.
These Terms should be read together with our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy and Refund Policy.
2. Acceptance and Eligibility
By using the website or placing an order, you confirm that you have read and accepted these Terms. If you do not agree, you should not use the store or place an order.
You must be legally capable of entering into a binding contract. If you are under the age of legal majority where you live, you may use the store only with the permission and supervision of a parent or legal guardian.
If you place an order on behalf of a business, club, team or other organisation, you confirm that you are authorised to bind that organisation to these Terms.
3. Products and Information
We aim to describe and display every product accurately. Product colours may appear slightly different because of screen settings, lighting and photography. Packaging may also change without affecting the product's essential characteristics.
Measurements, weights, drying times, temperatures, performance descriptions and compatibility information are approximate unless we expressly state otherwise. Actual results may vary depending on the footwear material, moisture level, ambient conditions and selected settings.
You are responsible for choosing the correct product version, voltage and plug type for the country in which the product will be used. If you are unsure, contact us before ordering.
We may improve, update or discontinue a product at any time. This does not affect orders already accepted or rights relating to products already purchased.
4. Orders and Contract Formation
Your order is an offer to purchase the products shown at checkout. Receiving an order confirmation does not always mean that we have accepted the order.
A binding sales contract is formed when we confirm dispatch, provide another clear acceptance notice or otherwise begin fulfilling the order, depending on the law that applies to your purchase.
We may decline or cancel an order before acceptance if:
- The product is unavailable.
- Payment cannot be authorised.
- The price or product information contains an obvious error.
- The delivery address is incomplete, invalid or unsupported.
- We reasonably suspect fraud, resale abuse or unlawful activity.
- An order exceeds a stated purchase limit.
If we cancel an order after receiving payment, we will refund the affected amount using the original payment method unless another method is required by law or agreed with you.
You must check your name, email address, delivery address, telephone number, product, quantity and plug type before submitting your order. Contact us immediately if you notice an error. We cannot guarantee that changes are possible after fulfilment begins.
5. Prices, Taxes and Duties
Prices are shown in the currency selected by the store or your market. The checkout will show the amount payable before you submit your order.
Taxes, duties, import fees and other charges are included only where this is clearly stated at checkout. If they are not included, you may be responsible for paying them to the relevant authority or carrier.
Promotions, discount codes and free gifts are subject to their stated conditions, availability and expiry date. Unless expressly allowed, promotions cannot be combined, exchanged for cash or applied retrospectively.
If a price is clearly incorrect because of a technical or human error, we may correct it before accepting the order. We will give you the choice to proceed at the correct price or cancel for a full refund.
6. Payment
You must use a valid payment method that you are authorised to use. By submitting payment details, you authorise the relevant payment provider to charge the total amount shown at checkout.
Payments may be processed by third-party providers. We do not store complete payment-card details where they are handled directly by those providers.
An order may be delayed or cancelled if payment is declined, reversed, disputed or flagged for verification. We may request reasonable information needed to verify an order and protect customers against fraud.
7. Shipping and Delivery
Available delivery methods, estimated times and charges are shown at checkout or in our Shipping Policy.
Delivery dates are estimates unless we expressly agree to a guaranteed date. Delays may occur because of customs, carriers, severe weather, public holidays, incorrect address details or events outside our reasonable control.
You are responsible for providing a complete and accessible delivery address. Additional costs caused by an incorrect address, refused delivery or uncollected parcel may be deducted from a refund where the law permits.
Ownership and risk transfer at the time required by applicable law. For many consumer orders, risk passes when you or a person nominated by you physically receives the products.
If tracking shows delivery but you cannot locate the parcel, check with household members, neighbours and the carrier, then contact us as soon as possible. We may request information needed to investigate the delivery.
8. 90-Day Risk-Free Trial
Eligible SoccerFresh products are covered by our voluntary 90-Day Risk-Free Trial. The trial begins on the date the product is recorded as delivered.
You may open, inspect and reasonably test the product at home. If you are not satisfied, you must contact us no later than the 90th calendar day following delivery.
Products must be returned clean, dry, safe, hygienic, complete and free from damage or excessive wear. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the product is defective, damaged, incorrect or the law requires otherwise.
Additional conditions, exclusions and return instructions are set out in our Refund Policy. The trial is an additional commercial benefit and does not replace mandatory consumer rights.
9. Returns and Refunds
Do not send a product back before receiving return instructions from us. To request a return, email info@soccerfreshpro.com and include your name, order number and the product you wish to return.
Returns must be packaged securely and sent using a trackable delivery method. You should keep proof of postage until the return and refund are complete.
Approved refunds are normally issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary between payment providers. Original expedited delivery charges and return shipping costs are not refunded unless required by law or the return results from our error.
We may make a proportionate deduction where permitted by law if a returned product has lost value because it was handled beyond what was reasonably necessary to inspect or test it.
10. Statutory Consumer Rights
Nothing in these Terms excludes, limits or replaces rights that cannot legally be excluded. Depending on where you live, these may include rights relating to cancellation, conformity, satisfactory quality, fitness for purpose, repairs, replacements and refunds.
Where applicable, consumers may have a statutory withdrawal period for distance purchases. For many consumers in the European Union, European Economic Area and United Kingdom, this period is 14 days, subject to legal exceptions.
If a product arrives damaged, defective, materially different from its description or incorrect, contact us promptly with your order number and reasonable supporting information. We will provide a remedy in accordance with applicable law.
11. Product Use and Safety
Read and follow all instructions, warnings and care guidance supplied with the product. Use the product only for its intended purpose and with a compatible power supply and plug type.
You must not:
- Use a damaged product, cable, plug or power adapter.
- Expose the product to water unless expressly permitted.
- Block ventilation openings or cover the product while operating.
- Use the product near flammable materials or excessive heat.
- Modify, dismantle or repair the product without authorisation.
- Allow children to use the product without appropriate supervision.
Stop using the product and disconnect it from power if it becomes damaged, unusually hot, produces an unusual smell or sound, or appears unsafe. Contact us for assistance.
12. Acceptable Website Use
You may use the store only for lawful purposes. You must not:
- Violate any law, regulation or third-party right.
- Submit false, fraudulent or misleading information.
- Transmit malware, harmful code or automated attacks.
- Attempt to bypass security or access restricted systems.
- Scrape, copy or harvest content or personal data without permission.
- Interfere with the operation, availability or security of the store.
- Use the store to facilitate fraud, resale abuse or unlawful activity.
13. Intellectual Property
The SoccerFresh name, logos, product presentation, photographs, videos, written content, graphics, website design and other materials are owned by or licensed to SoccerFresh and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
You may view and use the store for personal, non-commercial shopping. You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, publish, sell, license or commercially exploit our content without prior written permission.
14. Reviews and User Content
If you submit a review, photograph, video, comment or other content, you confirm that it is truthful, lawful, based on your genuine experience and does not infringe another person's rights.
You retain ownership of your content. You grant SoccerFresh a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use, reproduce, display, adapt and share that content for operating and promoting the store, subject to applicable privacy and consumer-protection laws.
We may moderate or remove content that is unlawful, abusive, deceptive, irrelevant, confidential, infringing or otherwise inappropriate. We do not promise to publish every submission.
15. Third-Party Services and Links
Our store may rely on or link to third-party services, including Shopify, payment providers, carriers, review platforms and social networks. Those services may have their own terms and privacy practices.
A link does not mean that we endorse every statement, product or service on the third-party website. We are not responsible for third-party content or services except where applicable law provides otherwise.
16. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how personal information is collected, used, shared and protected when you use the store or place an order.
You are responsible for keeping account credentials and order-access links confidential. Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorised use.
17. Availability, Errors and Store Changes
We aim to keep the store accurate and available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access. Maintenance, technical faults, security incidents or events outside our control may affect service.
We may correct typographical errors, inaccurate descriptions, pricing errors and availability information. Changes will not remove rights relating to an order already accepted.
18. Disclaimers
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the website is provided on an “as available” basis. We do not guarantee that every product will meet every individual preference or produce identical results in all conditions.
Product-care information is general guidance and is not professional medical, health or safety advice. Always follow the product instructions and the care requirements of the footwear manufacturer.
Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties, guarantees or remedies that must be provided under applicable consumer law.
19. Limitation of Liability
Nothing in these Terms limits liability where doing so would be unlawful, including liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or deliberate or grossly negligent conduct where applicable.
Subject to mandatory law, SoccerFresh is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss that was not reasonably foreseeable when the contract was formed, or for business losses arising from a consumer purchase.
Where the law permits a financial limit, our total liability relating to an order will not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim. This limit does not restrict statutory remedies that cannot legally be limited.
20. Suspension and Termination
We may suspend access, cancel an unaccepted order or restrict future purchases where we reasonably believe there has been fraud, unlawful activity, security abuse, repeated return abuse or a serious breach of these Terms.
Any action will be proportionate and will not affect rights or remedies that cannot legally be restricted. Provisions intended to continue after termination, including intellectual-property, liability and dispute provisions, remain effective.
21. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms and any purchase are governed by applicable law. If you are a consumer, you retain the mandatory protections of the country in which you normally reside.
If a dispute arises, contact us first so we can try to resolve it directly. Nothing in these Terms prevents either party from using a competent court, regulator or legally available alternative dispute resolution process.
22. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms to reflect changes to our store, products, technology, business practices or legal obligations. The updated version will be posted with a revised “Last updated” date.
The Terms in effect when your order was placed will generally apply to that order unless a later change gives you more favourable rights or is required by law.
23. General Provisions
If part of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain effective. The affected provision will be interpreted or adjusted only as much as legally necessary.
A delay in enforcing a right does not waive that right. You may not transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms without our prior written consent, except where the law allows. We may transfer our rights and obligations as part of a business reorganisation or transfer, provided your mandatory rights are not reduced.
These Terms and the policies referenced in them form the agreement governing your use of the store and purchases from SoccerFresh. If a specific written promotion or product condition conflicts with these general Terms, the more specific condition applies to that matter.
