Shipping policy
Last updated: 10 September 2026
This Shipping Policy explains how SoccerFresh processes and delivers orders placed through https://soccerfreshpro.com. It forms part of our Terms of Service.
Nothing in this Policy limits any delivery, cancellation, refund, or consumer-guarantee right that cannot legally be excluded.
1. Where we ship
We currently ship to eligible addresses in:
-
Ireland;
-
the United Kingdom;
-
the United States; and
-
Australia.
Available destinations are confirmed at checkout. We may be unable to deliver to certain remote locations, military addresses, freight-forwarding addresses, PO boxes, parcel lockers, or restricted territories. If checkout accepts an address that we later cannot serve, we will contact you and provide a full refund if no suitable alternative is agreed.
2. Where orders are shipped from
Orders may be dispatched from fulfilment facilities in Europe or China, depending on the product, destination, and available inventory. Some orders are sent directly from our fulfilment agent in China to the customer.
The dispatch location does not change your contract with SoccerFresh or your rights against us as the seller. An overseas fulfilment agent, supplier, warehouse, or carrier is not the seller of your order.
International shipments are generally transported by air for faster delivery unless another method is stated at checkout. Local carriers may use road or other transport for final delivery.
3. Order processing
Orders are usually processed within [INSERT PROCESSING TIME, FOR EXAMPLE: 1–3 BUSINESS DAYS] after payment is authorised. Business days exclude weekends and public holidays applicable to the processing location.
Processing may take longer during launches, promotions, holidays, unusually high order volumes, address checks, payment reviews, or events outside our reasonable control. Processing time is separate from transit time.
We may contact you if information is missing, inconsistent, or requires verification. Orders may be held until the issue is resolved.
4. Estimated delivery times
Current delivery estimates should be displayed at checkout and may also appear in the order confirmation or dispatch email. Before publishing this Policy, insert estimates that match the shipping services you actually use:
| Destination | Estimated transit time after dispatch |
|---|---|
| Ireland | [INSERT CURRENT ESTIMATE] |
| United Kingdom | [INSERT CURRENT ESTIMATE] |
| United States | [INSERT CURRENT ESTIMATE] |
| Australia | [INSERT CURRENT ESTIMATE] |
Delivery estimates are not guaranteed dates unless we expressly describe them as guaranteed. Customs processing, carrier congestion, severe weather, public holidays, remote destinations, incorrect addresses, and other events may affect delivery.
Where no different delivery period has been agreed, we will deliver within the period required by applicable law. For Ireland and UK consumer orders, this is generally without undue delay and no later than 30 days after the contract is concluded. For US orders, if we cannot ship within the time stated or, where no time was stated, within the period required by US law, we will notify you and provide the required choice between consenting to the delay and receiving a prompt refund.
5. Shipping charges
Available delivery methods and any shipping charge are shown before you submit the order. If the product page or checkout states that standard delivery is free for your destination, no standard-delivery charge will be added.
Optional expedited delivery, address-correction fees caused by customer error, or additional delivery attempts may incur a charge where clearly disclosed and permitted by law.
6. Taxes, customs, and import charges
Applicable taxes and any known mandatory delivery charges will be shown at checkout where required.
Unless we clearly tell you before checkout that you will be responsible for import charges, we will not require you to pay unexpected customs duties, import VAT, GST, brokerage fees, or similar import charges to receive the parcel. If a charge that we agreed to cover is incorrectly requested from you, contact us before paying it where possible.
Customs authorities may require information from the recipient to clear a shipment. You are responsible for providing reasonable and accurate information requested for lawful customs clearance. We remain responsible for our obligations as the seller.
7. Order confirmation and tracking
After placing an order, you should receive an order-confirmation email. A dispatch or tracking email will normally be sent once tracking becomes available.
Tracking may take several business days to show its first scan, particularly while an international parcel is transferred between logistics providers. A lack of an immediate scan does not necessarily mean the parcel has not been dispatched.
Some shipments use more than one carrier. The tracking page may update when the parcel is handed to the local delivery provider.
8. Split shipments
Products in the same order may be dispatched separately because they are stored at different fulfilment locations or become available at different times. You will not be charged additional standard-delivery fees solely because we divide an order into multiple parcels.
Where practical, tracking information will be provided for each parcel.
9. Address accuracy and changes
Please check the recipient name, delivery address, postcode, apartment or unit number, email address, and telephone number before submitting your order.
Contact info@soccerfreshpro.com immediately if a correction is required. We will try to make the change, but we cannot guarantee changes after an order enters processing or has been dispatched.
If an incorrect or incomplete address supplied by you causes a parcel to be returned, redirected, lost, or reshipped, we may charge the reasonable additional cost of redelivery where permitted by law. We will not charge you for an address error caused by us.
10. Delivery attempts and unattended delivery
The carrier may leave a parcel in a safe place, deliver it to a neighbour or collection point, or attempt redelivery where permitted by local practice and your delivery instructions.
Please monitor tracking and collect a parcel within the carrier’s stated period. If a parcel is returned because it was not collected or because reasonable delivery attempts failed, contact us. We may arrange redelivery or a refund, less reasonable costs caused by the failed delivery where permitted by law. Statutory rights remain unaffected.
11. Delayed orders
If tracking has not updated or the estimated delivery window has passed, contact us at info@soccerfreshpro.com with your order number. We will investigate with the fulfilment and delivery providers.
If we become aware that delivery will be materially delayed, we will notify you where reasonably possible. You may agree to a revised delivery date or cancel for a refund where applicable law gives you that right. For US orders, we will obtain consent to qualifying delays or provide the required refund option.
Carrier delays do not remove consumer rights relating to late or non-delivery.
12. Lost parcels
If a parcel appears lost, contact us rather than relying only on the carrier. We may ask you to confirm the delivery address, check with household members or neighbours, and complete reasonable carrier documentation.
We will investigate and, where the parcel is confirmed lost or cannot be delivered within the legally required or agreed period, provide an appropriate replacement or refund. Any claim-reporting request in this Policy does not shorten a non-excludable legal right.
13. Parcels marked delivered but not received
If tracking shows “delivered” but you cannot locate the parcel:
-
check the delivery location, safe places, reception area, household members, and neighbours;
-
check for a carrier notice, photograph, or collection-point update; and
-
contact us promptly at info@soccerfreshpro.com.
We will review the tracking and delivery evidence and raise an investigation where appropriate. A carrier’s “delivered” scan is relevant evidence but does not automatically remove any responsibility we have under applicable law.
14. Damaged, opened, or incorrect parcels
If a parcel arrives damaged, opened, incomplete, or contains the wrong product, contact us promptly with:
-
your order number;
-
a description of the issue; and
-
clear photographs of the parcel, shipping label, packaging, and product where reasonably possible.
Keep the packaging until we confirm whether it is needed for the carrier investigation. We will provide the remedy required by applicable law and our Refund Policy. A request for photographs does not remove your rights if photographs are unavailable or the defect cannot be shown in a photograph.
15. Refused and returned-to-sender parcels
If you no longer want an order, contact us before refusing delivery so we can provide the correct return instructions. Refusing a parcel does not necessarily constitute a valid cancellation notice.
If a parcel is returned to sender because of refusal, an incorrect address, failure to collect, or unsuccessful delivery attempts, we will contact you where possible. We may offer redelivery or process a refund after the parcel is received and assessed. Reasonable additional costs caused by the customer may be deducted only where this is lawful and does not conflict with statutory cancellation or faulty-goods rights.
16. Cancellations before dispatch
Contact us as soon as possible if you want to cancel or change an order. We will try to stop it, but orders may enter processing quickly and cancellation before dispatch cannot be guaranteed.
If the order has already been dispatched, you may use the return or statutory cancellation process described in our Refund Policy. Ireland/EU and UK consumers generally have separate statutory rights to cancel qualifying online purchases after receipt.
17. Pre-orders and back-orders
If we offer a pre-order or back-order, the expected dispatch timing will be stated on the product page or at checkout. Products ordered together may be held or shipped separately.
If the estimated dispatch date changes materially, we will notify you and provide any cancellation and refund option required by law.
18. Events outside reasonable control
Delivery may be affected by events outside our reasonable control, including severe weather, natural disasters, strikes, transport disruption, customs action, war, civil disturbance, epidemics, governmental restrictions, carrier outages, and major network failures.
We will take reasonable steps to reduce the effect of the disruption and communicate material delays. This section does not exclude any right to cancel, receive a refund, or obtain another remedy that applicable law provides.
