Check your shipping confirmation email, including your spam folder. Your order number and tracking number are different. If you cannot find it, contact us with your order number.

A tracking number can be created before the carrier scans your parcel. Check again after the first scan. If the number is not recognised, check for typing errors or contact our team.

Your parcel may pass through export facilities, customs and a local delivery carrier. Tracking updates depend on each carrier's scans, and gaps can occur between these stages. A local carrier may also assign a new tracking number.
